凹叶厚朴优良无性系的嫁接技术研究

摘  要:
以凹叶厚朴为研究材料,研究了嫁接方法、嫁接时间、砧木及接穗粗度、砧木不同处理对凹叶厚朴嫁接成活率及生长的影响。结果表明:凹叶厚朴嫁接适宜的方法是三刀切接法;3月中、下旬嫁接,其成活率及生长量比其它时间嫁接的要高,最高成活率和生长量分别为92%、35.5 cm;适宜砧木和接穗粗度均为0.8~1.0 cm时,嫁接成活率可达92.6%~94.0%;在地栽砧木上直接嫁接,与将砧木挖出后嫁接,再移栽到营养钵中,两者的嫁接成活率没有明显差异,但生长量差异显著,前者高于后者62.7%。

摘  要:
By taking Magnolia officinalis subsp.Biloba as studying materials,the?effects of grafting?method,?grafting time,?rootstock?and?thickness of scions,?rootstocks?of different treatments on survival rate of grafting and?growth of?Magnolia officinalis subsp.biloba.were researched.The results indicate that three-cutting grafting method was a?suitable?method for the grafting of Magnolia officinalis subsp.biloba;the first ten-day last to the last ten-day of March?is the best season for Magnolia officinalis subsp.biloba's grafting,the survival rate?and growth?of?grafting at the periods of of March was higher?than other time,and the highest?survival rate?and growth?volume?was?92%,35.5 cm repectively;The??survival rate?of grafting up to 92.6%?~94.0%,as both of rootstock?and?thickness of scions in 0.8~1.0 cm.The??survival rate?of grafting had no difference in the method of grafting in the common rootstock and the method of getting the rootstock from land,then transplanting in nutrient solution,but the difference was significant in growth?volume,the??survival rate in the method of grafting in the common rootstock was 62.7% higher than the other method.
