基于ANSYS的荔枝采收机的设计与有限元分析

摘  要:
为了快捷、实用、高效地完成荔枝采摘,提出了一种机电一体荔枝采收机的设计方案。该采收机可以综合荔枝收获过程中的夹持、采摘和传送操作,工作过程由电机提供动力,人工辅助操控。利用UG建立装置的三维模型,对剪切刀具受力和传送机构进行力学性能分析,再通过ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析,重点对传送机构进行应力应变分析,校核其刚度和强度。试验结果表明:该装置的刚度和强度符合使用要求,性能可靠。

摘  要:
Objective to finish the picking of litchi quickly, practically and efficiently, and put forward a design scheme of an electromechanical integrated litchi harvester, which can integrate the griping, picking and transferring operation in the process of litchi harvesting. The three-dimensional model of the device was established by using UG, and the mechanical properties of the shear cutter and the transmission mechanism were analyzed. Then the finite element analysis was conducted by ANSYS Workbench, focusing on the stress and strain analysis of the transmission mechanism and checking its stiffness and strength. After developing the physical prototype, the test results show that the working stiffness and strength of the device meet the requirements of use, and its performance is reliable.
