硒矿粉对薇菜增硒效应的初步研究

摘  要:
对6年生孢子苗薇菜(Osmunda japonica Thunb.)和7年苗龄的野生转人工栽培的薇菜施用含硒量为83 mg/kg的硒矿粉,施用量分别为0、600、1 200、1 800、2 400、3 000 kg/hm2,检测薇菜收获物的硒含量,试验结果表明:1硒矿粉能够极显著提高薇菜的硒含量,能够作为富硒栽培的有效措施;2在孢子苗上,施用硒矿粉的薇菜其平均硒含量为0.213 5 mg/kg,比对照增加17.90%,薇菜的硒含量与硒矿粉施用量成二次曲线关系y=-8×10-9x2+4×10-5x+0.178 2(r=0.776 6),2 400 kg/hm2硒矿粉施用量的硒含量最高,施用量超过此值后,薇菜的硒含量呈下降趋势;3野生转人工栽培薇菜施用硒矿粉后平均硒含量为0.214 3mg/kg,比对照增加6.51%;薇菜的硒含量与硒矿粉施用量成二次曲线关系y=-1×10-8x2+4×10-5x+0.192 4(r=0.550 7),2 400 kg/hm2硒矿粉施用量的硒含量最高;4在硒矿粉施用量低于1 800 kg/hm2的情况下,孢子苗薇菜的硒含量低于野生转人工栽培的薇菜,施用量高于2 400 kg/hm2后则呈相反趋势;5空白处理(土壤硒含量0.308 1 mg/kg)的薇菜含硒量已经高于0.181 1 mg/kg,达到了湖北省关于富硒食品地方标准(DB42/211-2002)中富硒薇菜(0.15~1.0 mg/kg)的下限标准。

摘  要:
Effects of selenium ore powder(selenium content of 83 mg / kg) on 6-year-old spore seedling osmunda japonica and7-year-old osmunda japonica landrace was studied. Fertilizer dosage was 0, 600,1 200,1 800,2 400,3 000 kg / hm2. Selenium content in osmunda japonica was detected. Results showed that Selenium ore powder improved the selenium content of osmunda japonica, an effective way in selenium enriched culture. After applying the selenium powder, the average content of selenium in spore seedling osmunda japonica was 0.213 5 mg / kg, 17.90% higher than that of CK. There was a quadratic curve relationship between the content of selenium in osmunda japonica and selenium ore powder dosage(y=-8×10-9x2+4×10-5x+0.178 2, r=0.776 6). The content of selenium reached highest when selenium ore powder was 2 400 kg / hm2. The content of selenium was lower when selenium ore powder was over 2 400 kg / hm2. After applying the selenium powder, the average content of selenium in osmunda japonica landrace was 0.214 3 mg / kg, 6.51% higher than that of CK. There was a quadratic curve relationship between the content of selenium in osmunda japonica and selenium ore powder dosage(y=-1×10-8x2+4×10-5x +0.192 4, r =0.550 7). The content of selenium reached the highest when selenium ore powder was 2 400 kg / hm2. The content of selenium in spore seedling osmunda japonica was more than that in osmunda japonica landrace when selenium ore powder was less than 1 800 kg / hm2. The trend was reversed when it was more than 1 800 kg / hm2. The selenium content of osmunda japonica without treatment was more than 0.181 1 mg / kg, reaching the low limit of selenium enriched osmunda japonica(0.15~1.0 mg / kg) in the standard of rich selenium food in Hubei province(DB42 / 211-2002).
