疯草自然中毒羊组织病理学观察及苦马豆素检测

摘  要：
疯草是我国西部草原的主要毒害草,其毒性成分为苦马豆素,本实验以内蒙古阿拉善的一只变异黄芪自然中毒山羊为对象,通过HE染色观察脑、心、肝、脾、肾等组织病理学变化,透射电镜观察脑、肝等组织超微结构变化,运用气相色谱仪检测各组织苦马豆素的含量。结果显示,中毒羊脑、心、肝、肾等组织细胞发生广泛空泡变性,超微结构观察发现大小脑、心、肝细胞中有多量膜包裹的空泡样结构,线粒体嵴断裂、变性;疯草自然中毒羊肝脏、肾脏、脑等实质器官、肌肉组织和血液中均能检测到苦马豆素,而在肺脏、胃肠组织中则未见苦马豆素存在。

摘  要：
Two goats were intoxicated by Astrugalus variabilis spontaneously in Alxa,Inner Mogolia. The tissues of the goats were collected to study the histology process,histology lesions of cerebellum,heart,liver by HE stain,the ultrastructure changes were studied using transmission electron microscope,swainsonine content of tissues were determined by Gas Chromatograph. Results showed that the most prominent lesion was cytoplasmic vacuolation in neurons,Purkinje cells,hepatocytes,renal tubular epithelial cells,etc. Ultrastructurally,there were many vacuoles surrounded by single layer membranes in the cytoplasm,and there were inflammatory cells in the blood vessels. Mitochondria cristae broke and degenerated. Swainsonine could be detected in liver,kidney and brain,and muscle tissues and blood from poisoning goat,but there was no swainsonine determined in lung and gastrointestinal tissues.
