摘 要:
【目的】研发农情遥感信息服务与野外监测云平台,实现农情遥感产品数据动态可视化空间展示、统计分析与野外数据采集,为辅助遥感影像解译、产品精度检验和农业部门相关决策制定提供数据和技术支持。【方法】采用B/S和C/S混合模式下面向服务的架构(Service-oriented architecture,SOA),结合GIS、云计算、移动互联网等关键技术,基于Arc GIS Server、JS API和离线地图包,通过构建统一的云平台数据访问接口,提供Web和移动端一体化和按需共享方式的遥感应用服务。【结果】在建设农情遥感信息一体化数据库基础上,云平台能够实现遥感产品服务自动发布、空间可视化查询定位、统计分析、离线地图下载、野外数据采集等功能。自2015年平台运行后,已实现海量农情遥感产品的有效管理、野外验证和地面农情数据的定位与采集。【建议】监测云平台在满足现有业务需求的同时,需转向多终端、智能化、操作便捷的轻量级应用模式,为不同层次用户提供随时按需的一站式、精细化智能终端在线服务。

摘 要:
【Objective】A cloud platform with information service and field monitoring for remote sensing of agriculture situation was designed. The could platform implemented the required functionalities such as space display with dynamic visualization and statistical analysis of remote sensing product data of agriculture situation,and field data collection,in order to provide data and technical support for assistance to remote sensing image interpretation,accuracy test of product and relevant decisions of agricultural sector.【Method】The cloud platform adopted service-oriented architecture(SOA)with B/S and C/S mixed mode,combined with key technologies such as the technology of GIS,cloud computing and mobile internet. Based on Arc GIS Server,JS API,offline map package and development of uniform data access interface,the cloud platform could provide users Web,integrated mobile terminal and on-demand sharing services of remote sensing application.【Result】The cloud platform can realize functionalities such as automatic service publication,space inquiring orientation,statistical analysis,offline map download and field data collection based on the integrated database of remote sensing of agriculture situation. Since the platform was launched in 2015,the cloud platform has been meeting the requirements for effective management of remote sensing product of agriculture situation,field data verification,positioning and collection of agriculture situation data.【Suggestion】While meeting existing business requirement,the cloud platform should develop multi-terminal,intelligent,convenient and lightweight information application mode. It should also provide on-demand,one-stop and meticulous online service for agricultural managers in different levels at any time by using intelligent terminals.
