阿维菌素在鱼类体内的药动学及残留检测概况

摘  要:
阿维菌素制剂是广谱高效抗寄生虫药物,不但在畜牧养殖中长期使用,在渔业生产上对鱼类体内外寄生的线虫及节肢动物等也有较好的驱杀效果,已在水产养殖中广泛应用。但是,在水环境中,阿维菌素对鱼类生物毒性较大,如果使用不当,会对鱼类、水生动物及渔业生态系统造成影响。论文对阿维菌素的作用机理、药物毒性、药动学、鱼类养殖中的应用和残留检测方法等方面进行概述,重点分析了阿维菌素在鱼体内的检测方法、最高残留限量和药物动力学,旨在为评价阿维菌素对水生生物的毒害、控制药物残留等研究提供参考。

摘  要:
Avermectin is a broad-spectrum antiparasitic agent.Due to its therapeutic effects,it has widely been used in aquaculture.It is not only used in livestock,but it has also been extensively used in fishery production.in parasitic nematodes and arthropods.However,if avermectin is improperly used in aquaculture,it results toxic effects in an aqueous environment and aquatic ecosystems.The present review focused on avermectin's action mechanism,drug toxicity and pharmacokinetics in aquatic animals.And this review also selectively analyzed the residue detection method and maximum residue limit in order to provide a reference to the research of assessing avermectin's toxicity and the control of avermectin's residue effects on aquatic organism.
