国家植物博物馆规划建设中应处理好的几个关系

摘 要：
从博物馆的定义与功能出发,结合博物馆的发展趋势,提出了高标准、高起点规划建设国家植物博物馆时,应按照"不求所藏,但求所展"、"展品服从于陈展,陈展服从于教育"的思路,坚持有所为有所不为的原则,对"馆、库、园"三位一体、近期任务与长期目标、藏品与展品、陈展与教育、实体博物馆与虚拟(数字)博物馆、室内展陈与室外展示、财政补贴与开发创收等7个方面的关系进行了探讨,为即将规划建设的国家植物博物馆提供借鉴。

摘 要：
Based on the definition and function of museums and combining with the development trend of museums, this paper put forward that the planning and constructing of the National Botanical Museum with high standards and starting points should adhere to the ideas of "not seeking collection, but seeking exhibition" and "exhibits submitting to exhibition, exhibition submitting to education", as well as the principle of doing something but not doing something. The relationships among the trinity of "museum, library and garden", the short-term tasks and long-term objectives, the collections and exhibits, the exhibition and education, the entity museum and virtual(digital) museum, the indoor and outdoor exhibition,the financial subsidies and income generation were discussed to provide reference for the forthcoming planning and construction of the National Botanical Museum.
