新城疫活疫苗对控制鸡大肠杆菌病的效果观察

摘  要:
为了研究鸡新城疫活疫苗紧急免疫控制鸡大肠杆菌病的效果,通过大肠杆菌人工感染30日龄蛋鸡,待出现病症后,紧急免疫新城疫La-sota弱毒苗(Ⅳ系)4羽份。免疫后5~17 d,通过血凝抑制试验测定血清新城疫抗体水平,试验组新城疫抗体水平逐步提高,对照组抗体略有下降,免疫后17 d两组抗体水平差异显著(P<0.05);对照组鸡死亡率50%,试验组死亡率20%,说明随着新城疫抗体水平提高对大肠杆菌病抗病性增强,二者呈现一定程度正相关。通过流式细胞仪检测外周血液淋巴细胞数量,发现紧急免疫后5~17 d,T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、NK细胞数量明显上升,试验组与对照组T淋巴细胞数量差异极显著(P<0.01),B淋巴细胞、NK细胞数量差异显著(P<0.05),结果显示紧急免疫后细胞免疫、体液免疫、非特异性免疫增强。在临床上使用新城疫La-sota弱毒苗(Ⅳ系),对控制鸡的大肠杆菌病有一定指导意义。

摘  要:
In order to research the effects of emergency immunization of live newcastle disease vaccine on the control of chicken colibacillosis, 30 days old laying hens were artificially infected with E. coli. After the disease occurred, the newcastle disease La-sota attenuated vaccine(Ⅳ) was 4 parts. Through hemagglutination inhibition test, it was found that the level of antibody of newcastle disease increased gradually, from 5 days to 17 days after immunization in the experimental group and the antibody in the experimental group increased on 17 days with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05); the mortality of the control group was 50% and that of the experimental group was 20%, indicating that with the increase of newcastle disease antibody level, the resistance to E. coli disease increased, and the two showed a certain degree of positive correlation. The number of peripheral blood lymphocytes was detected by flow cytometry. It was found that the number of T, B and NK cells increased significantly from 5 to 17 days after emergency immunization. There was a significant difference in the number of T lymphocytes between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01), and there was a significant difference in the number of B lymphocytes and NK cells(P<0.05). The results showed that cellular immunity, humoral immunity and nonspecific immunity increased after emergency immunization. Clinically, La-sota vaccine( Ⅳ) of newcastle disease is a vaccine, which has certain guiding significance for the control of chicken colibacillosis.
