摘 要：
本文在对江西省385户稻作经营大户调查数据进行统计分析的基础上,运用Lo-gistic模型进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,户主文化程度、经营规模、农产品价格感知情况、稻作经营过程中面临的困难程度、农田抵御自然风险的能力等对农户专业合作社需求的影响显著;户主年龄、家庭人口数、种植历史、有无借贷、地理位置、当地农产品流通渠道发育程度对农户专业合作社需求的影响不显著。

摘 要：
Based on the statistical analysis of data for Jiangxi 385 large rice farmers obtained through questionnaire survey,this paper uses Logistic model for empirical research.The results show that the household-head's education,business scale,the perception of agricultural production's prices,the difficulties,ability that farmland withstand natural risks have significantly the impact on farmers' demand for professional cooperatives;household-head's age,family population,farming history,borrowing availability,geographic location,development of local agricultural production' distribution channels have not significant impact on farmers' demand for professional cooperatives.Based on the research findings,this paper finally draws related policies' inspiration.
