用超声显象法监测牛体培植牛黄的初步研究

摘 要：
利用超声显象法即“B超”(机械扇扫仪)对12头作培植牛黄的黄牛定期进行检查。试验结果表明:超声显象法能准确判定胆囊位置,多数(10/12)在11肋间,并为手术所证实;超声探查到的胆囊内牛黄情况与取黄结果一致。多数实验牛在培植半年左右才开始在声像图上显示出牛黄(结石)的征象——强回声光团、网架壁增厚和伴有声影。因此初步认为超声显象法能准确的确定胆囊体表投影,牛黄的有无和多少,但不能判定牛黄的质量。

摘 要：
From Oct. 1987 to Mar. 1989, the authers have used the ultrasonography to detectregularly the formation of cholelith in twelve cattle. The results indicated that, theside for operation gallbladder area, most of which lie in the space of 11 ribs (10/12)could be exactly confirmed by ultrasonography. About six months, the majority of surg-ical cattle began showing the echogenic signs of cholelith, and at the same time, theplastic nets became thick with acoustic shadow By ultrasonography, it could detemine thepresence of cholelith or not, the projection of gallbladder, but not the quality of ch-olelith.
