农业机械化金融信贷扶持政策研究

摘  要：
金融是市场经济的基本要素。有效利用金融方式和金融手段扶持农业机械化发展是贯彻落实十八届三中全会精神,推进农业机械化发展的重要举措。本研究,分析制定金融信贷扶持农业机械化发展政策的必要性、可行性,采取实地调研、座谈讨论、问卷调查、统计分析等方法收集归纳各地农业机械化金融信贷扶持政策措施,着重提出农业机械化金融信贷扶持政策建议。

摘  要：
The finance is the basic element of our Market Economy. The effective application of the financial ways and financial means, supporting the development of agricultural mechanization, is an important measure which aims to implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and promote the development of agricultural mechanization. This research analyzes the necessity and the feasibility of the financial credit support policy on agricultural mechanization and documents them. Then, it collects and systemizes the implemented measures of the financial credit support policy on agricultural mechanization from various regions with the research methods, such as the field surveys, informal discussions, questionnaires, the statistical analysis and so on. Finally, this paper focuses on providing some suggestions for the development of the financial credit support policy on agricultural mechanization.
