H7亚型禽流感在不同动物间的分布

摘  要：
为了解H7亚型禽流感病毒在西安市畜禽和犬间流行及分布情况,对辖区内8个区(县)的健康未免疫鸡、猪、牛、羊、犬血清共998份样本进行了H7亚型禽流感病毒血凝与血凝抑制试验.结果表明,不同动物间均有H7亚型禽流感病毒分布,其中鸡、猪、牛、羊、犬血清的抗体阳性率分别为21%、1.25%、1%、8.86%和1.31%;部分区(县)有H7亚型禽流感病毒分布,说明健康动物H7亚型禽流感病毒带毒情况散在分布.

摘  要：
To know the epidemic and distribution status of H7 Avian influenza virus (AIV), a total of 998 serum of health and unimmunized chicken, swine,bovine, sheep and dog was come from eight county in the area, the H7 AIV antibody titer was assayed by HA and HI test. The result show that H7 AIV distribution on different animals, the antibody positive rate of ehicken, swine、bovine, sheep and dog serum was 21%、1.25%, 1%,8.86% and 1.31%;part county has H7 AIV, illustrate that H7 Avian influenza anti body positive rate was on health animal.
