左炔诺孕酮对大麦虫幼虫体内酶类的影响

摘  要:
为了研究左炔诺孕酮对大麦虫体内酶类变化的影响,试验用不同质量浓度的左炔诺孕酮饲喂大麦虫。结果表明:过氧化氢酶对0.000 214 g/L左炔诺孕酮溶液敏感,对高浓度(0.001 5 g/L)和低浓度(0.000 166 g/L)左炔诺孕酮不敏感;超氧化物歧化酶对浓度为0.001 5 g/L和0.000 214 g/L的左炔诺孕酮敏感。说明用左炔诺孕酮处理对大麦虫体内过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶均有影响。

摘  要:
To study the effects of levonorgestrel on the enzymes in larvae of Zophobas morio,the larvae of Zophobas morio were fed with different mass concentrations of levonorgestrel in this experiment. The results showed that catalase was sensitive to the treatment with levonorgestrel solution of 0. 000 214 g / L,but was not sensitive to the high concentration( 0. 001 5 g / L) and the low concentration( 0. 016 6 g / L) of levonorgestrel treatments. However,superoxide dismutase was sensitive to the levonorgestrel concentrations of 0. 001 5 g / L and 0. 000 214 g / L. The results indicate that the levonorgestrel treatment can affect both catalase and superoxidase dismutase in the Zophobas morio.
