接种外源微生物对蘑菇渣堆肥的影响

摘  要:
以蘑菇渣为原料,接种外源微生物,测定其对蘑菇渣堆肥的影响。结果表明:接种固氮菌的处理在低温天气中12~21 d仍能保持较高的温度,具有较好的保温作用;接种外源微生物对pH值影响较小;接种固氮菌处理在堆肥进行的46 d内,E4/E6值一直保持在最低水平,较对照明显加快腐殖化作用。

摘  要:
A experiment with inoculation of microorganisms were designed to study the effect of inoculating microorganisms on composting.The results showed that the compost could keep a higher temperature under low temperature weather while the nitrogen fixation bacteria were inoculated,however,there were not obvious changes on pH values after inoculation.The nitrogen fixation bacteria could improve the process of spent mushroom compost obviously and the E4/E6 value remained a lower level within 46 days.
