摘  要:
减少反刍动物甲烷排放一直是国内外重点关注并研究的问题.植物次生代谢物包括生物碱类、黄酮类、皂苷类、甾醇类、植物精油、单宁等,其中一些代谢物对反刍动物瘤胃微生物具有一定的调控作用,影响着大气中甲烷气体的释放.本文就国内外学者植物次生代谢物对反刍动物瘤胃体外发酵试验的研究成果,对植物次生代谢物影响反刍动物瘤胃的发酵模式及甲烷产量,氮利用率与微生物区系进行了综述,旨在为植物次生代谢物在反刍动物方面的研究和实际生产的应用提供参考资料.

摘  要:
Reducing methane emissions from ruminants has always been the focus of attention and research at home and abroad. Plant secondary metabolites include alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, sterols, essential oils, tannins, etc. Some of these metabolites have certain regulatory effects on rumen microorganisms of ruminants and affect the release of methane gas in the atmosphere. Based on the research results of in vitro ruminant fermentation experiments of plant secondary metabolites at home and abroad, this paper reviewed the effects of plant secondary metabolites on ruminant fermentation patterns, methane production, nitrogen utilization and microflora, aiming to provide reference materials for the research and practical production of plant secondary metabolites in ruminants.
