米尔贝霉素对山楂叶螨室内活性及田间防效的影响

摘要：

利用叶片浸渍法评价了1%米尔贝霉素ME对山楂叶螨卵和雌成螨生物活性的影响,并采用常规喷雾法比较了1%米尔贝霉素ME、3%伊维菌素ME和5%阿维菌素EC对山楂叶螨的温室及田间防治效果。结果表明,米尔贝霉素对山楂叶螨卵和雌成螨的LC50,LC95值分别为0.231 8,7.913 9 mg/L和0.008 7,0.120 5 mg/L,对雌成螨的活性高于卵。温室及田间防治效果表明,3种药剂对山楂叶螨速效性差异较小,药后2 d的防治效果均高于91%;但1%米尔贝霉素ME和3%伊维菌素ME对山楂叶螨持效期比5%阿维菌素EC短。就速效性、持效期和防治效果而言,1%米尔贝霉素ME是防治山楂叶螨的优选杀螨剂。

摘要：

The study aims to evaluate the indoor activity of 1% milbemycins ME against the eggs, female adults of Tetranychus viennensis by using leaf-dip bioassay method, and compares the greenhouse and field efficacy of 1% milbemycins ME, 3% ivermectin ME and 5% avermectin EC by using foliar spraying method. The results show that LC50 and LC95of 1% milbemycins ME against the eggs, female adults of T. viennensis were 0.231 8, 7.913 9 mg/L and 0.008 7, 0.120 5 mg/L, and the activity of female adults was better than eggs. The readily availability of three kinds of acaricides against adults of T. viennensis had small difference, the efficacy after 2 d were higher than 91%. But the persistence of 1% milbemycins ME and 3% ivermectin ME were shorter than 5% avermectin EC. As far as readily availability, persistence and controlling effect concerned, 1% milbemycins ME was an effective acaricide for field control the T. viennensis.
