CaCl_2溶液对月季切花瓶插的影响

摘  要:
本研究在传统切花保鲜液中加入不同浓度的CaCl2溶液,对月季切花进行了瓶插试验。通过外部形态观察和生理指标测定,结果表明:用CaCl2溶液瓶插月季切花可以增强花枝的吸水能力,增加花枝的鲜重,增加切花的开放程度,延长瓶插寿命,其中以3%蔗糖+200 mg.L-18-羟基喹啉+200 mg.L-1柠檬酸+0.5%CaCl2溶液保鲜效果最好。

摘  要:
In the paper,the base of cut Rosa was steeped in traditional Preservation solution added different levels of CaCl2 solution,and observed outword norphology and determined physiological index,the result show:The CaCl2 solution could increase the ability that cut rose absorb water,fresh weightand the open cut.The vase-life of cut roses could extend days than contrust.The solution of 3%Su+200 mg·L-18-HQS+200 mg·L-1CA+0.5% CaCl2 is the best fresh-keeping liquid.
