马铃薯新型栽培种资源遗传多样性的RAPD的分析

摘  要:
对马铃薯17份新型栽培种和7份普通栽培种材料进行了RAPD分析,14条随机引物共扩增出170个位点,其中130个位点表现为多态性,占75.26%,表明新型栽培种材料具有广泛的遗传基础。利用UPGMA法进行聚类分析,24份材料被分成4个组,新型栽培种与普通栽培种分别划为不同的组。

摘  要:
With 14 random primers, the RAPD analysis was used to determine the genetic relationships between 17 Neo-tuberosum clones and 7 common cultivars of potatoes (Solarium tuberosum ssp. andigena). The results indicated that the Neo-tuberosum clones were with abundant genetic diversity. One hundred and seventy unambiguous bands were observed, in which 130 were polymorphic bands. The average polymor phism rate was 75. 26%. Phylogenetic relationships of 24 genotypes were discovered based on phylogenetic tree by use of UPGMA method, which were divided into 4 groups. The Neo-tuberosum and the common culti vars were clustered into different groups respectively.
