创新人才培养与高校学籍管理制度改革的探讨

摘  要：
高校学籍管理制度 ,应随着时代对人才需求而适时改革。本文从制度与人才的关系入手 ,分析、研究了原学籍管理制度存在的问题 ,并提出了改革的基本思路 ,即扩大高校自主权 ;建立弹性学制 ;打破专业壁垒 ;重视教学过程、质量、实践 ;改革考试制度和学位制度等六方面构建有利于创新人才培养的学籍管理制度。

摘  要：
In college, with the need of era for creative men, the regulatory regime of students' status should be timely reformed. Starting with the relationship between the regulation and creative men, this essay analyses and studies some problems existing, meanwhile, puts forward some basic reform thoughts of six aspects, i.e. enlarging the decision making power; setting up flexible schooling systems; breaking profession stronghold; attaching importance to teaching process, quality and practice; reforming examination systems, degree system and so on. All of these compose the regulatory regime of students' status, which is helpful to train creative man.
