我国粮食的发展状况在很大程度上决定于党和国家的粮食政策。各项粮食政策对粮食发展很重要,其综合作用更重要。本文拟对我国解放以来的若干重大粮食政策作较全面的纵向分类分析和综合的横向系统研究,以期总经几十年来的经验教训,从政策方面提出长远设想和近期对策,促进我国粮食发展

摘 要：
The development of grain production in our country is, to a great extent, decided by the grain policies of our Party and of our government. Policies are important and their synthetical function is still more important to the development of grain production. This paper has reviewed many important policies and made vertical classification analyses and comprehensive studies on horizontal system so that we can sum up our experiences and work out a longterm project and short-term countermeasures so as to boost our grain production.
