摘  要:
本文采用Gomori钙-钴法,对喂微生物饲料添加剂的肉用仔鸡的小肠、大肠、 肾、肺、脾、肝取材,作细胞化学-AKP勘定.结果表明:试验组各内脏细胞 AKP阳性率明显高于对照组.试验组鸡细胞RNA、DNA蛋白质合成水平增高,细 胞繁殖数量增加。

摘  要:
The organ samples in the same sites on the small intestine, large intestine, liver, spleen, kidneys, and lungs of 60 broiler chicks fed "8901" and 30 ones without fed "8901"were respectively taken, using Gomori' s calciumcobalt method. The cytochemistry-alkaline phosphatase (AKP)was determined. The result slowed that the positve rate of AKP in the respective organ cells of the treated chicks was significantly higher than that of the control. Tie treated chicks had higher systhetic level for cellular RNA, DNA, and protein. The multiplied cell number was increased, result in improved body gain and growth performance.
