平菇栽培料的开发研究

摘  要:
将平菇9400脱毒菌种和组织分离菌种分别接种在柳花、杂草和棉籽壳栽培料上进行熟料栽培,对其菌丝体长势、发菌期、生物转化率等项生物指标进行测试。试验结果为平菇9400脱毒菌种和组织分离菌种不仅可分解柳花、杂草栽培料进行营养生长,而且具有一定的生物转化率。脱毒菌种的菌丝体长势、发菌期、生物转化率均显著优于组织分离菌种。

摘  要:
Inoculated mushroom 9400 of virus -free strains and separating the organization for spawn at willow flowers ,weeds and cotton seed hull culture medium and carrying on chamotte cultivation, test the biological indicators, such as the growing mycelium , mucor period,biotransformation rate. The results showed that the mushroom 9400 of virus-free strains and separating the organization for spawn not only break down willow flowers,weeds material culture for vegetative growth ,but also having a certain biotransformation rate. The growing mycelium, mucor period, biotransformation rate of virus-free strains were significantly better than separating the organization for spawn.
