利用尿素溶剂体系制备再生柞蚕丝素蛋白粉及样品的性能表征

摘  要:
针对柞蚕丝素纤维很难溶于一般溶剂的特点,并考虑生产成本及环保因素,开发了2种含8 mol/L尿素(urea)的碱性溶剂体系Urea/NaOH与Urea/LiOH用于制备再生柞蚕丝素蛋白粉末,以利于柞蚕丝素蛋白在生物医学材料领域的应用。对采用不同尿素溶剂体系制备的再生柞蚕丝素蛋白样品进行氨基酸组成分析与红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振谱(NMR)和热力学性能表征,结果显示常温下柞蚕丝素纤维在2种溶剂体系中均被溶解,且伴随有分解现象,其中在Urea/NaOH溶剂体系中的分解发生在非结晶区,在Urea/LiOH溶剂体系中结晶区和非结晶区均可发生分解。生产上可以依据制备再生柞蚕丝素蛋白的用途,选择不同的尿素溶剂体系。

摘  要:
Tussah silk fibroin(TSF) fiber is hardly soluble in common solvents.Combined with production cost and environmental protection,in this study,we prepare two kinds of alkaline solvent systems including 8 mol/L urea to regenerate TSF powder to facilitate application of TSF in the field of biomedical material.The regenerated TSF samples prepared with different urea solvent systems were characterized on their amino acid composition,Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and thermodynamic property.The results showed that TSF fiber could be dissolved and decomposed in two solvent systems at normal temperature.In urea/NaOH solvent system,decomposition of TSF fiber occurred in the non-crystalline region,while in urea/LiOH solvent system,the decomposition took place in both the crystalline region and non-crystalline regions.Different urea solvent systems can be selected based on different purposes to use regenerated TSF in production.
