汽车电动座椅控制系统设计与仿真

摘  要:
针对不同驾驶员身材不同,对于同一款汽车而言,其座椅的调节位置也不尽相同这一问题,以汽车电动调节座椅的水平和高度调节为例,在MATLAB/Simulink环境下对电流控制环、速度调节环和位置控制环的三环控制系统的动态特性进行仿真分析与计算,获得了电动座椅自动调节控制系统的最佳参数。对汽车电动座椅的自动控制系统的电子控制单元的进一步设计制造提供了一种思路。

摘  要:
For the same automobile, the adjusting position of the seat is different according to different driver's stature. Taking the horizontal and height adjustment of automobile electric adjusting seat as an example, the dynamic characteristics of current control loop, speed control loop and position control loop are simulated and analyzed in MATLAB/Simulink environment. The optimum parameters of the electric seat automatic adjustment control system are obtained. Furthermore, it provides an idea for further design and manufacture of the electronic control unit of the automatic seat control system.
