浙江农产品出口贸易结构及其贡献

摘  要：
从出口集中度、贸易边际等多角度对浙江农产品出口结构进行分析,采用贡献率、拉动力、贡献度和趋势指数分析了农产品出口对浙江农业发展的贡献。结果表明,浙江水产品和果蔬花卉产品的出口比重最大,出口集中度和市场集中度都很高; 2002—2016年浙江农产品出口的广度边际贡献较小,数量边际贡献次之,价格边际贡献最大;出口结构和浙江农业经济增长之间有着较强的关联性。未来应进一步扩大具有比较优势农产品的生产和资本投入,使浙江农产品出口贸易结构与农业产业结构保持高度的耦合性;积极开拓"一带一路"沿线国家的农产品市场,促进农产品出口市场的多元化;扩大农产品出口广度,降低产品集中度和出口的波动风险;加快农产品"供给侧"改革,促进农业主导产业全产业链发展,从而促进浙江农产品出口贸易的快速发展。

摘  要：
This paper analyzed the agricultural products export structure in Zhejiang from the perspectives of export concentration degree, trade margin, etc., and discussed the contribution about agricultural products export promoting Zhejiang agricultural development using contribution rate, power of pull, contribution degree and trend index. The results showed that the export proportion of aquatic products and fruit, vegetable and flower products were the biggest, with high export concentration degree and market concentration degree;considering the exports of agricultural products in Zhejiang from 2002 to 2016, the contribution of extensive margin was the smallest, the contribution of number margin was the second, and the contribution of price margin was the largest; there was a high correlation between the export structure and agriculture economic growth in Zhejiang. In the future, in order to promote the rapid development of agricultural products export trade in Zhejiang,we should further expand the production and capital input of agricultural products with comparative advantages,and maintain a high coupling between the export trade structure of agricultural products and the agricultural industrial structure in Zhejiang; actively explore the agricultural products markets of the Belt and Road countries,and promote the export diversification of agricultural products; expand the export breadth of agricultural products,and reduce product concentration and export volatility risk; accelerate the supply-side reform of agricultural products, and promote the development of the whole industry chain of agricultural leading industries.
