汉中主要推广种植柑橘综合品质的分析评价

摘  要:
利用国家标准方法以及实验室验证方法对汉中主要栽培的13种柑橘的感官、理化和安全指标参数进行分析检测,综合分析评价汉中主要推广种植柑橘的品质状况。结果显示,汉中主要推广种植柑橘的品质差异显著,柑橘品质较好的品种有泛亚冰糖、城固冰糖、山下红、泛亚皇后、日南1号。该评价结果能为汉中柑橘生产提供参考,有利于汉中柑橘种植结构调整。

摘  要:
Using the standard method of China and laboratory test method, analysing the main cultivation of 13 kinds of citrus comprehensive quality with sensory, physical and chemical by using fuzzy mathematics average membership function method,then evaluating the citrus quality status. The results showed mainly cultivated citrus quality was different in Hanzhong, and the preferable quality of citrus varieties were Fanyabingtangju,Chenggubingtang,Yamasaki,Fanyahuanghou and Nichinan No.1.The evaluation results could effectively guide the citrus production to benefit for adjust citrus planting structure in Hanzhong.
