直播稻面积增加的原因及应对措施

摘  要：
直播稻产量差异大,成本不低,效益不高,农民自发应用的原因主要是:缓解农忙时节劳动力相对不足的矛盾;工作强度小;减轻水稻条纹叶枯病防治压力;机插秧一次性现金成本高、质量难保证;种稻效益差、农民追求高产的积极性不高;气象条件有利于直播稻灌浆结实;直播稻的效益可观;农民的从众心理决定直播稻扩展速度快;直播稻的技术也在不断改进。针对直播稻面积增加的现状,为确保粮食生产安全,全面阻止直播稻的盲目扩展,提出加大政策引导力度,加大政府考核力度,鼓励农村土地向种田能手集中,提高机插秧专业服务水平等应对措施,为农业增产、农民增收打下坚实基础。

摘  要：
The reasons that farmers planted direct sowing rice can be summarized as follows: The labor-lack contradictory at rush farming time can be resolved;the work intensity is less;the pressure of rice stripe control is alleviated;the costs of seedling nurturing and transplanting are save and the benefits can be increased;and meteorological conditions are favorable to direct sowing rice at filling stage.Therefore,in order to guarantee food security,the government should provide policy guidance and service to lay a solid base for farmers' yield and benefit increase.
