钢管混凝土哑铃形梁有限元分析

摘  要:
研究了腹腔内灌注混凝土的传统哑铃形截面梁和腹腔内不灌混凝土而以H型钢加劲的新型哑铃形截面梁,应用Fortran语言编制了有限元程序US-CFSTA,对这2种钢管混凝土哑铃形梁均进行了有限元分析。哑铃形截面主要是上、下2个圆钢管混凝土受力,且其受力性能与单根钢管混凝土圆管相似,上下圆管内混凝土的应力-应变关系采用考虑套箍作用的单圆管内混凝土本构关系;腹腔内的混凝土受钢管紧箍力作用的影响很小,其应力-应变关系可按普通混凝土考虑。研究表明,有限元程序US-CFSTA比通用有限元软件ANSYS更适合模拟钢管混凝土哑铃形梁的受力全过程,其结果与试验曲线吻合更好。

摘  要:
Research was conducted on traditional dumbbell shaped beam poured concrete in webs and new dumbbell shaped beam stiffened with H sectional iron instead of concrete in webs.It applied the FORTRAN language to edit FE program US-CFSTA,and analyzed the two Concerte Filled Steel Tubular (CFST)beam with this program. The mechanical behavior of the two main CFST members in dumbbell shaped columns,which supported the main load,was similar with that of singular tube CFST member.The confining force has little effect on concrete in the webs,so its stress-strain relation can be considered as common concrete.The research shows that the whole forcing precess of CFST beam with dumbbell shaped can be simulated by FE program US-CFSTA than by current FE software ANSYS,and the results are consistented with that of experiment.
