昆仑雪菊提取物对大鼠体重及血常规指标的影响

摘  要:
采用昆仑雪菊水提物与醇提物灌胃SD大鼠,以探讨其对体重及血常规指标的影响。将75只雄性健康SD大鼠随机分成5组,每组15只,分别为对照组(CON),昆仑雪菊水提物高剂量组(CTF-AH)、低剂量组(CTF-AL),昆仑雪菊醇提物高剂量组(CTF-EH)、低剂量组(CTF-EL)进行28d灌胃试验。4个处理组大鼠每天灌胃高、低两个剂量的昆仑雪菊水提物和醇提物一次,对照组灌胃同等体积蒸馏水。每周测定体重一次。试验结束后测定血压及血常规指标。结果表明,试验结束时CTF-EH和CTF-EL大鼠体重较CON大鼠显著下降(P<0.05),而CTF-AH和CTF-AL大鼠体重与CON大鼠体重无差异。各雪菊处理组对大鼠血压无影响;CTF-AH大鼠的白细胞数量与CON组大鼠比较显著升高(P<0.05),各雪菊处理组与对照组相比,红细胞、血小板相关指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果提示昆仑雪菊水提物和醇提物对大鼠体重、部分血常规指标作用有一定差异,这可能与两种不同提取方法造成的有效成分差异有关,但其具体作用机制还有待研究。

摘  要:
The effects of aqueous and ethanol extracts of Coreopsis tinctoriaflower(CTF)in Kunlun Mountains on body weight and blood physiological parameters of rats were checked to compare the functional differences between these two extracts.Seventy five SD rats were randomly divided into 5groups,namely,the control(CON),the aqueous extract of CTF in high dose(CTF-AH)and low dose(CTF-AL),and the ethanol extract in high dose(CTF-EH)and low dose(CTF-EL).CON rats were gavaged with distilled water as a placebo,the rats in other 4groupswere gavaged with either aqueous or ethanol extracts of CTF in high or low doses intragastrically once a day in a 28-day experiment.The rat's body weight was weighed weekly.At day 28 after measuring blood pressure,all rats were sacrificed to measure the blood physiological parameters.Results showed that the body weights of CTFEH and CTF-EL rats significantly decreased in comparison with that of CON rats(P<0.05),whereas there were no difference between CTF-AH,CTF-AL and CON in the end of the experiment.The blood pressure was not influenced by CTF treatment.The number of WBC in CTF-AH rats increased significantly than that in CON rats(P<0.05).The two kinds of extracts of CTF treatment had no effect on the RBC,HGB,PLT and related blood parameters.It is suggested that the different extracts of CTF from two different methodologies could result in partially different influence on the rat growth and blood physiology.The functional mechanism of CTF needs further study.
