1975—1986年我国小麦品种抗条锈性分小种成株鉴定结果

摘  要:
本文报道了1975—1986年以我国条锈菌主要流行小种、稀有类型共39个菌系对我国重要小麦品种(系)和抗源进行分小种成株抗性鉴定的结果。明确了条中17—28号小种和洛10、洛13类群各类型的致病特征.对目前在世界范围内广泛应用的“洛类”品种在我国丧失抗条锈性进行了分析,提出了提高其抗性的途径,为抗锈育种和品种布局提供了依据.研究结果支持了我国条锈鉴别寄主的选择和对小种的合理划分.

摘  要:
During 1975—1986,the resistance of the important varieties andresistant resources of wheat at adult stage to 39 strains of stripe rust werestudies.4—10 isolated nurseries were set up for each year and 200—550entries for each nursery,which was tested by single strain,By analysingthe 12-years data,certain results are as follows. 1.Due to the continuous increase of the resistant resource of the wheat tostripe rust by the wheat breesers and phytopathological workers to makegreat efforts in this,such as the resistance percentage of races 21,22,23,25 to increase from 40% in 1980 to more than 80% at present,it reflectedwell that they were able to meet the emergency. 2.There were obvious differences of the resistance of many importantvarieties to each of the races 17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29.Thedata were sorted out in the table 3.For example,there were many simila-rities of pathogenicity among races to many varieties,and there weredifferences in the pathogenicity to others such as that Nongda 139 andJingzhou 10 were resistant to race 21 and susceptible to race 22 while theformer one was susceptible to races 23,24,29 and the latter was resistant tothe same races.The variety Tianxuan 15 was susceptible to race 21 andresistant to race 28,while the varieties Lovrin 10 and Fengkang 8 wereresistant to race 21 and susceptible to race 28.In 6 strains belonging toLovrin 10 type and Lovrin 13 type,there appeared as not only with thesame pathogenicity in many varieties but also appeared with distinct differ-entiation reaction in other important varieties.The above illutrationsshowed that using the method for identification have confirmed full relia-bility for the essential differentiating races.
