联合收割机行走速度自动控制系统的研究

摘  要:
系统软件采用模块化设计思想,用C51语言进行了程序设计。针对数据采集中数学标度变换问题和干扰问题,给出了数据标定和数字滤波的算法并设计了数字滤波程序。根据硬件功能将系统划分为4个主要的功能模块,即喂入量信号采集模块、行走速度数据采集模块、速度显示模块和控制输出模块,并针对每个功能模块分别进行了主程序的设计。

摘  要:
The programs are designed with C51 in separate programmer modules.To solve the problem of the change of mathematics unit and the interfering,this paper propose the algorithms of the data demarcation and digital filtering,and design the program of digital filtering.Due to the hardware functions,the system can be divided into 4 function models.That is the model of feed quantity signal acquisition,the model of walking velocity acquisition,the model of speed display and the model of control signal output.In allusion on the character of each model,measures are adopted as the design of mail program each model,the design of DA subprogram,the design of digital filter arithmetic subprogram and the design of speed displayer subprogram.
