藏鸡高原低氧环境适应机制的研究进展

摘  要:
藏鸡是我国青藏高原地区所特有的地方品种,因为长期生存在青藏高原低氧环境中,使得该品种的低氧适应能力强于其他低地鸡种。从藏鸡的生理表型、分子水平机制出发,综述了藏鸡高原低氧环境适应机制的研究进展,为未来的高原家禽的引种选育或杂交育种提供参考和借鉴。

摘  要:
Tibetan chicken is endemic in China's Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region,because of its long-term survival in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau hypoxia environment,so that the variety of hypoxia adaptability than other lowland chicken species. According to the physiological phenotype and molecular level mechanism of Tibetan chicken,the research progress of hypoxia environment adaptation mechanism in Tibetan chicken Plateau was reviewed,which could be used as reference for future introduction or crossbreeding of the plateau.
