摘 要:
采用滑动弧冷等离子体对竹条和圆竹筒进行处理,并将处理后的样品进行复合型防护药剂加压浸渍处理。采用质量增加率、平衡含水率、湿胀率以及竹条和竹筒的抗压强度等指标来考察防护药剂处理后对竹材性能的影响,并观察竹条和圆竹筒防护处理后的发霉情况。实验结果表明,竹条和圆竹筒表面在加压条件下对二羟甲基二羟乙基乙烯脲(2D树脂)+戊唑醇与丙环唑(PT)+碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯(IPBC)复合型树脂防护剂的渗透性和附着性得以提升,表现为竹条和圆竹筒经滑动弧冷等离子体和防护药剂加压浸渍处理后质量增加率提高,而平衡含水率和湿胀率下降。对竹条和圆竹筒的质量增加率、平衡含水率、湿胀率和抗压强度产生积极影响的顺序为:冷等离子体处理+加压浸渍防护药剂>加压浸渍防护药剂>未经任何处理的竹条和圆竹筒。此外,竹节的多少也对竹材的质量增加率、平衡含水率和湿胀率产生影响,影响顺序为:无节>单节>双节。处理后,竹条和圆竹筒具有优异的防霉特性,存放半年后,圆竹筒仍能保持原来的物理特征,竹条和圆竹筒表面和端部均无发霉、腐朽和开裂现象。

摘 要:
As a kind of high-energy particles,cold plasma can cause physical and chemical changes in contact with the bamboo surface,produce etching on the surfaces,introduce active groups,increase the surface energy of the bamboo material,and then enhance the surface coating performance of the bamboo material and improve the bamboo material protective ability.By using the cold plasma to modify the surfaces of bamboo,the wettability of bamboo surface can be effectively improved and the chemical permeability of bamboo can be enhanced.In this study,the sliding arc cold plasma technique was used to treat bamboo strips and original bamboo culms.The treated samples were subjected to the compound protective agent(dihydroxymethyl dihydroxyvinylurea+tebuconazole and propiconazole+butyl iodopropynyl carbamate) pressure dipping treatment.The weight percent gain,equilibrium moisture content,wet swelling rate and physical mechanical strength as well as other properties were used to investigate the effect of the compound protective agents on the bamboo strips and original bamboo culms,and to continuously observe the mildew phenomenon of bamboo strips and original bamboo culms after the treatment with compound protective agents.The results showed that the plasma treatment and the compound protective agent impregnation treatment with pressure increased the weight percent gain of bamboo strips and original bamboo culms,and decreased the equilibrium moisture content and wet swelling rate,providing the premise for improving the compression strength of bamboo strips and original bamboo culms.The order of positive effects on the weight percent gain,equilibrium moisture content and wet swelling rate as well as the compression strength of bamboo strips and original bamboo culms were:sliding arc cold plasma treatment+impregnation compound protection agent with pressure> impregnation compound protection agent with pressure without sliding arc cold plasma treatment> impregnation compound protection agent with normal condition without any other special treatment.The number of knots also had an effect on the weight percent gain,equilibrium moisture content,and wet swelling rate of bamboo,zero knot was greater than single knot,in turn,the single knot was greater than double knots.Bamboo strips and original bamboo culms have excellent anti-mold performance.After storing for several days even half a year,no mold phenomenon was found either on the wood strips,or on original bamboo culms.The original bamboo culms with sliding arc cold plasma treatment can still maintain the original physical characteristics after being stored for half a year at room atmosphere condition.Most importantly,the surfaces and the end parts of the original bamboo culms were free from mold,decay and cracking.
