The connotation of the farmers cooperative organization was introduced,the practices and experiences of the development of farmer cooperative organizations in developed countries were expounded,the present situations of rural cooperative organizations in China were analyzed,the differences on development of farmers cooperative organization between developed countries and China were revealed,and the enlightenment of farmers cooperative organization in developed countries for China were put forward.
