火山灰石砾含量对烤烟苗期生长的影响

摘  要:
【目的】研究水田土和旱地土添加火山灰石砾比例对烟草农艺性状和生理指标的影响,为植烟土壤的改良提供参考。【方法】以盆栽烤烟云87为材料,分析不同环境条件下纯旱地土、纯水田土及与10%、20%、30%的火山灰石砾混合、纯火山灰土等9个处理对移栽后苗期烤烟农艺性状和生理指标的影响。【结果】相对于其他处理,纯火山灰土处理的烟株苗期长势较好;纯水田土和纯旱地土处理的烤烟苗期长势相对优于添加火山灰石砾处理。在一定时期内,随着火山灰石砾比例的增加,水田土添加火山灰石砾处理的烟株株高、茎围、最大叶面积均有提升,旱地土添加火山灰石砾处理的烟株株高、茎围、最大叶面积呈增加趋势。在移栽后15~36d,随着水田土添加火山灰石砾比例的增加,大田盆栽烤烟根系活力、NR活性显著降低,但叶绿素a与叶绿素b变化不明显。【结论】纯火山灰更有利于烤烟前期生长,水田土较旱地土利于烤烟前期生长;随着时间的延长,不同土壤类型添加不同比例火山灰石砾对烟株生长的影响逐渐变弱。

摘  要:
【Objective】Effects of tephra gravel proportion in paddy soil and dry land soil on agronomic characters and physiological indexes of tobacco were studied to provide references for improving soil of tobacco planting.【Method】With fluecured tobacco Yun87 as materials,effects of nine treatments(paddy soil and dry land soil with 0,10%,20%,30% tephra gravel and pure tephra) on agronomic characters and physiological indexes of transplanted flue-cured tobacco at seedling stage were studied under different environments.【Result】Tobacco in pure tephra grew the best at seedling stage.Tobacco in pure paddy soil and pure dry land soil grew better than in paddy soil and dry land soil with tephra gravel.Within a certain period,with the increase of tephra gravel in paddy soil and dry land soil,tobacco plant height,stem circumference and maximum leaf area ascended.During 15-36 d transplantation,with the increase of tephra gravel percentage in paddy soil,root vigor and nitrate reductase activity remarkably reduced,but the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b did not change much.【Conclusion】Pure tephra is more suitable for flue-cured tobacco early growth.Paddy soil is better for flue-cure tobacco early growth than dry land soil.As time goes by,effects of tephra gravel proportion in different soils on tobacco growth gradually weaken.
