退社行为对农民合作组织可持续发展的影响分析——基于三个果农合作社典型案例

摘  要：
本文利用案例研究方法对果农退社行为与果农合作组织可持续发展两者之间的作用关系进行分析。研究发现,退社行为会稀释中低发展水平果农合作组织发展的凝聚力,但不影响高水平合作组织发展;退社行为的发生是高水平果农合作组织发展过程中的正常现象,且与其他不同发展程度的果农合作组织相比,退社方式对较高发展程度的果农合作组织的负向影响程度相对轻微;退社行为会对中低发展水平果农合作组织声誉产生不良影响,但不会影响较高水平合作社发展;退社行为对中低发展水平果农合作组织中的成员积极性具有不良影响,但不影响较高水平合作社发展;中低发展水平果农合作组织中的退社行为会导致国家经费和资源的浪费,但较高发展水平合作社则较少出现这种情况。

摘  要：
Based on qualitative case studies and 211- sample quantitative analysis,this study tests the relationship of growers' community retirement behavior and the sustainable development of growers' cooperative organizations. The results are as follows: Firstly,growers' community retirement behavior can dilute the cohesion of growers' cooperative organizations,and active community retirement behavior、passive community retirement behavior and blindly community retirement behavior can all have significant negative impact on growers' cooperative organizations,but invisible community retirement behavior doesn't have the impact; Growers 'community retirement behavior is the common phenomenon and compared with other growers ' cooperative organizations,the negative impact of growers ' retirement community approach on growers' cooperative organizations is relatively slighter. Further,active community retirement behavior has significantly active impact on those growers' cooperative organizations with higher level of development. Whereas,invisible community retirement behavior has no obvious relationship with growers' cooperative organizations whose development level is higher. At the last,this study proposes the suggestion to the sustainable development of growers' cooperative organizations.
