抓夹式油茶果壳籽清选机设计与试验研究

摘  要:
油茶是一种重要的油料树种,随着我国油茶种植面积与产量的增加,油茶果破壳后壳籽分离难已成为社会关注的焦点问题。为此,设计了可高效分离油茶果壳籽混合物的抓夹式油茶果壳籽清选机。同时,论述了抓夹式油茶果壳籽清选机的结构设计与工作原理,并进行了壳籽分离试验。试验结果表明:在油茶果壳籽清选机倾斜角度为5°、辊轴转速175r/min、喂料速度15kg/min时可保证综合效果最佳,茶壳清选率为99.33%,茶籽损失率为1.81%,从而验证了油茶果壳籽清选机的可行性。

摘  要:
Camellia is a kind of important oil tree species in China. Tea oil which derived from camellia fruit is a kind of healthy oil that beneficial to human body,also get the favour of the masses,and the huge market demand. In recent years,Camellia planting area has increased dramatically,The problem of separate the mixture of camellia fruit shell and seeds seriously restrict the industrialization and the large scale production of tea oil in our country. In view of this situation,we designed a separator that can be efficient and accurate separate the mixture of camellia fruit shell and seeds.This paper discusses the structural design,key technology parameters of the separator,and the test procedures of the model machine. Test results showed that the machine Angle,roller speed and feed rate has significant effect to the rate of seeds contains shell and the rate of broken seeds,and in the angle of 5 °,roller speed 175 r / min,the feeding speed of15 kg / min,get the best experiment results that the cleaning rate of tea seed shell was 99. 33%,and the loss rate of tea seed was 1. 81%,which proves the feasibility of camellia fruit shell and seeds separator.
