污水处理中温度对黑藻生长的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究污水处理过程中温度对黑藻生长的影响。[方法]采用单因素试验设计,设置5、15、25、35℃4个温度,观测在生活污水处理过程中各温度下黑藻的生长情况。[结果]在35、25℃中黑藻生长较为旺盛,经过15 d的培养,黑藻的植株长度、分枝数、根数以及生物量分别增长了2.8和1.2 cm、7.0和5.9个、6.2和3.7条、21%和25%,均显著或极显著高于5℃下黑藻的生长情况;在15℃的培养中,黑藻的生长较慢,植株长度、分枝数、根数增长量高于5℃,但两者间无显著差异。[结论]在5~35℃,温度的升高能促进污水处理过程中黑藻的生长。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to study the influence of temperature on the growth of Hydrilla verticillata in the wastewater treatment process.[Method] By using the single factor experiment,the growth situation of H.verticillata in the different temperatures(5,15,25 and 35 ℃) was observed in the treatment process of domestic sewerage.[Result] H.verticillata grew luxuriantly in 35 and 25 ℃.After the cultivation of 15 days,the plant length,branch number,root number and biomass of H.verticillata in 35 and 25 ℃ respectively increased 2.8 and 1.2 cm,7.0 and 5.9 branch,6.2 and 3.7 piece,21% and 25%,which were all significantly higher than that in 5 ℃.In the cultivation condition of 15 ℃,H.verticillata grew slowly.The increment of plant length,branch number and root number were high than that in 5 ℃,but they had no significant difference.[Conclusion] During 5-35 ℃,the higher temperature could promote the growth of H.verticillata in wastewater treatment process.
