白榆种源地理变异的研究

摘  要:
对我国白榆(Ulmus Pumila L.)分布区的48个种源点的10年生白榆生长及遗传变异性进行了偏相关、多元回归分析等,结果表明,我国自然分布区的白榆群体有极大的遗传异质性,通过种源选择材积平均遗传增益率达34.5%。白榆的主要性状表现为渐变形式,生产力随种源经度、纬度、海拔的增加而降低,在地理分布上,呈现东南-西北递减的趋热,地理变异模式有严格的生态适应性,对生长性状影响最大的因子是温度和湿度。遗传力分析结果表明,白榆树高的遗传力大于胸径的遗传力。

摘  要:
The characteristics of gorwth and genetic variance in White elm of 48 provenace sites at their 10th year were reported with partial correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that the natural populations of White elm in China possess maximum genetic variation, the mean genetic gain is 34.5% in volume by selection of provenance. Major characters of White elm have shown gradual change in form, crement and productivity accompanied with the provenance latitude, longitude elevation increase. There is progressive decrement trend from the southeast toward the northwest, The geographical variation pattern has strict ecological adaptability. The growth characters areaffected by temperature and humidity. The result in heritability analysis suggested that the heritability of height growth is greater than that of diameter growth at breast beight.
