牛膝多糖硫酸酯体外抗新城疫病毒活性研究

摘 要：
采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法检测牛膝多糖硫酸酯(Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide sulfate,ABPS)对新城疫病毒(Newcastle disease virus,NDV)感染鸡胚成纤维细胞(Chick embryo fibroblast,CEF)的保护作用。结果表明,牛膝多糖硫酸酯体外抗NDV的IC50为0.23 mg/mL,治疗指数TI为5.3。所以在体外,牛膝多糖硫酸酯有较显著的抗NDV作用。

摘 要：
The anti-NDV(Newcastle disease virus) activity of Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide sulfate(ABPS) was investigated by MTT.The results showed that the 50% inhibition concentration(IC50) of anti-NDV and therapeutic index(TI) of ABPS were 0.23 mg/mL and 5.3,respectively.ABPS has obvious NDV inhibitory effect in vitro.
