基于PDCA理论的大学生职业生涯规划路径提升探讨

摘  要：
科学合理的职业生涯规划有助于大学生顺利成才,有助于对国家和社会做出更大的贡献。目前,大学生职业生涯规划存在重规划轻落实等诸多问题,致使完美的生涯规划失去了应有的效果。文章运用PDCA理论,使大学生职业生涯实施过程、路径不断得到改进与提升,从而保证职业生涯规划能够根据内在条件和外在环境的变化,实现科学合理的动态调整,从而达到大学生职业生涯规划路径的不断提升和优化,最终实现职业生涯规划的目标。

摘  要：
Scientific and reasonable occupational career planning helps students to grow successfully,and it also contributes to the country and the society. At present,occupational career planning of college students exists many problems,such as paying more attention on the theory,while paying little attention on the practice,which leads to ineffectiveness of occupational career planning. This paper promotes and improves the implement course and path of occupational career planning of college students,using the PDCA theory,in order to ensure the occupational career planning can be dynamically adjusted,according to the change of internal conditions and external environment,so as to make sure the path of occupational career planning improve and optimize continually,at last,achieve the goal of occupational career planning.
