联峰山油松枯梢病病原菌越冬方式及场所的研究

摘要：

为了明确油松枯梢病病原菌Sphaeropsis sapinea的越冬方式及场所,于2015年11月—2016年3月越冬季节田间采集油松Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.的松针、松梢、球果等越冬组织及林下的落针、落果等,观察子实体着生情况,测定越冬子实体内孢子萌发率,发现油松枯梢病的病原菌可以子实体的形式在松针和落针上越冬。通过对以上组织进行室内病原菌的分离、分子生物学检测,确定该病菌也可以菌丝体的形式在发病的针叶、球果、松梢和落针、落果中越冬。

摘要：

To manifest the overwintering forms and sites of pathogen of tip blight of Pinus tabulaeformis,from Novenmber of 2015 to M arch of 2016,the needles,shoots,cones,fallen needles and fallen cones were collected to observe the fruiting body of the pathogen,and determined the conidia germination. The results showed that the pathogen could overwinter on needles and fallen needles in the form of fruiting body. By means of isolation and molecular analysis of the pathogen,we found that the pathogen could also overwinter in the needles,shoots,cones,fallen needles and fallen cones in the form of mycelium.
