计算机辅助农机产品的人机分析方法研究

摘  要:
农机产品的人机问题关系到操作人员的安全和效率,是农机设计中的重要方面。由于国外开发的计算机辅助人机软件中没有中国农机设计所需的人体数据库,所以农机设计在人机分析上会存在偏差。提出利用CATIA开放的数据库接口程序建立针对农机设计的人体数据库,将人体数据读入到CATIA的人机模块中,生成实际应用的虚拟人,利用人体姿势分析和行为分析模块进行农机产品的人机分析,试图找到计算机辅助农机产品的人机分析设计的新方法。

摘  要:
The ergonomics question in farm machinery related to the safety and efficiency of operators,which was an important aspect in the farm machinery design.But the computer aided ergonomics software developed by abroad had no human body database,which was needed in view of farm machinery design in China.Therefore,the farm machinery design has deviation in ergonomics analysis.It was proposed to use the open database interface procedure in CATIA to establish human body database which was designed in view of the farm machinery design,and to read the human body data to ergonomics module of CATIA can produce practical application hypothesized person.Using human posture analysis and human activity analysis module to discuss the ergonomics in farm machinery,a new way for farm machinery ergonomics could be realized.
