添加N-乙酰半胱氨酸对猪精子常温保存的影响

摘  要:
为了研究N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)对猪精子液态常温保存的影响,试验向保存液中添加不同浓度的NAC(0.5 mmol/L、1 mmol/L、2 mmol/L、5 mmol/L),在15℃条件下保存猪精子,检测保存后的精子活率、活力和弯尾率。结果表明:在稀释液中添加1 mmol/L的NAC能显著提高精子的活率、活力、弯尾率(P<0.05)。通过添加NAC可以显著提高精子的保存能力。

摘  要:
To investigate the effect of N-acetyl cysteine( NAC) on liquid preservation of pig sperm at room temperature,the different concentrations of DAC including 0.5 mmol/L,1 mmol/L,2 mmol/L and 5 mmol/L,were added into the preserving liquid to preserve pig sperm under the condition of 15 ℃.And then the sperm motility rate,viability and tail coiling rate were detected after preservation.The results showed that the sperm motility rate,viability and tail coiling rate were significantly increased( P < 0.05) when adding 1mmol/L N-acetyl cysteine in the preserving liquid.The results indicate that the addition of NAC can significantly improve the sperm preservation ability.
