2,4-滴丁酯对不同叶龄期玉米植株形态的影响

摘  要:
探讨施药时期和施药量与玉米敏感性的关系。结果表明,2叶1心期施药,气生根不能入土且节间增长,施药量为648 g·hm-2时叶片开始出现皱缩使雄穗抽出受阻,甚至无法抽出,超过972 g·hm-2后雌穗变形;4叶1心期施药,气生根均能入土,超过648 g·hm-2时叶片暂时扭卷使雄穗主轴短、分支少,达到1 620 g·hm-2后才影响雄穗抽出,雌穗均正常生长;7叶1心期施药,各剂量下气生根畸形,在3个施药时期中最重且茎基部弯曲,叶片到抽穗时才发生扭卷,穗部长势与4叶1心期施药相当。可见,4叶1心期施药比2叶1心期和7叶1心期施药对玉米更为安全,但施药量应控制在648 g·hm-2以下。

摘  要:
This test investigated the relationship between the used period or the dosage of 2,4-D butylate and the sensitiveness of maize. The results showed that, spray it at 2 leaf stage, aerial roots could not grow into the soil and largen the length of internode. After the dose reach 648 g· hm-2, leaf crimped and then tassels were packed in the twisted roll of leaf, hard to pull out, even incapable pull out completely. After the dose reach 972 g· hm-2, ears packed in the twisted roll of leaf too, result in malformation. Spray it at 4 leaf stage, the aerial roots could grow into soil, leaves had a short twisted roll, there were shorter spindle length and less branch number of tassel, and it wasn't influence the tassel pull out until the dose reach 1 620 g· hm-2, and ears grew normally in all dosage. Spray it at 7 leaf stage, the effect of aerial roots was the most serious in the three stages and stem base crooked, leaves didn't twist roll until heading and the symptoms of panicle were similar as 4 leaf stage. Clearly, it's safer to spray 2, 4-D butylate at 4 leaf stage than other two stages, but the dose was still control under 648 g· hm-2.
