摘  要：
The worldwide present situation and advance of the researches on mechanism of tree resistance to insect is summarized. It includes three parts: tree′s defence response on insects, chemical mechanism and genetic mechanism. The author considers that the insect-resistance is not the result of only one factor. It is physical and chemical influence ability under the cooperative effect of morphological, anatomical and physiological characteristics of tree.
