双断根套管嫁接方法对番茄苗愈合及根系再生的影响

摘  要:
试验以‘野原2号’为番茄砧木,以‘春棚1号’番茄为接穗,研究双断根套管嫁接方法对番茄苗愈合及根系再生影响。结果表明,番茄双断根套管嫁接可促进根系发育,提高壮苗指数;番茄砧木再生根根系干鲜重、根系总长、根系体积及根系活力在嫁接20 d后均显著高于其他处理;比较番茄双断根嫁接法和常规砧木不断根嫁接法,结合部直径、疏导组织运输能力与不断根嫁接对照接近,砧木断根条件下,结合部愈合速度不受影响。双断根套管嫁接方法首次应用于番茄嫁接试验,砧木再生根生长旺盛,根系发达,解决番茄嫁接后徒长问题,对番茄嫁接育苗具有指导意义。该项技术已在黑龙江省番茄主要种植地区示范推广,效果良好。

摘  要:
In order to investigate the effects of both-root-cut tube grafting method on coalescence responses and root regeneration of tomato seeding,‘Yeyuan No.2'was applied as tomato rootstock,and‘Chunpeng No.1'was applied as tomato scion. The results showed that both-root-cut tube grafting method could promote root development,and improve the seedling index. The root dry weight,fresh weight,total length,volume and activity of root regeneration of tomato rootstocks were high significantly than those of other treatments after 20 d by grafting. The diameter of the joint and the transport capacity of the joint of bothroot-cut tube grafting method of tomato did not differ statistically compared with non both-root-cut tube grafting method. Joint coalescence process was not affected by rootstock cutting. Both-root-cut tube grafting method was successly used for tomato first regenerated root of tomato rootstocks grew rapidly which solved the problem of grafted tomato seedings spingdling during management process,and had the guiding significance for grafting propagation. The techology has been popularized and has remarkable effect in the main areas where tomatoes are produced.
