摘 要:
用二苯基苦基苯肼自由基法,首次对戴氏虫草(Cordyceps taii)的不同溶剂提取物进行了清除自由基活性定量分析,发现其乙酸乙酯提取物具有较强的清除自由基活性,当提取物浓度为2.5 mg.mL-1时,其子实体和虫体乙酸乙酯提取物的自由基清除率分别达到了83.29%±0.48%和14.77%±1.73%,远高于甲醇和石油醚提取物的自由基清除率。比较子实体和虫体提取物的清除自由基活性和薄层色谱,发现戴氏虫草中的自由基清除剂主要存在于子实体中。通过高分辨液质联用和活性联合分析,发现提取物中活性物质的可能分子式为C26H22O13。经天然产物数据库查询,发现没有与之相匹配的已知化合物,因此该活性成分可能为一新化合物。

摘 要:
A DPPH-microplate assay was used for quantitative analysis of the free radical scavenging activity of extracts with different solvents from Cordyceps taii for the first time.The results showed that the ethyl acetate extract had the strongest free radical scavenging activity.At the concentration of 2.5 mg·mL,the radical scavenging rates of ethyl acetate extracts from fruiting bodies and insect bodies were 83.29%±0.48% and 14.77%±1.73% respectively,which were much higher than that of the methanol and petroleum ether extracts.Comparison of radical scavenging rates and thin layer chromatograms of the extracts revealed that the free radical scavengers of the Cordyceps exist mainly in the fruiting body.HPLC-DAD-HRMS analysis and DPPH assay revealed that the molecular formula of the free radical scavenger was possibly C26H22O13.Natural products database query showed that there was no known compound matched the molecular formula.This means that the compound is possibly a novel one.
