舍内雾化喷洒生物除臭剂工艺在不同清粪工艺猪舍的除臭效果研究

摘 要:
试验旨在研究舍内雾化喷洒生物除臭剂在水泡粪工艺和干清粪工艺猪舍内的除臭效果。分别在句容市某水泡粪工艺育肥场和长兴县某干清粪工艺育肥场开展相关试验,2次试验使用同种生物除臭剂产品,每次试验共10 d时间,第5天开始使用除臭剂,并选取第2~4天作为对照组,第5~9天作为试验组。试验组每天人工在猪舍内喷洒2次、每次喷洒6 L,试验过程中持续监测舍内氨气(NH3)、硫化氢(H2S)浓度变化。结果表明:水泡粪工艺猪舍在使用除臭剂处理3 d后,NH3、H2S浓度达到最低值,分别为2.24 mg/kg和0.11 mg/kg,此时的去除率为73.08%和72.50%,相比对照组极显著降低(P<0.01);干清粪工艺猪舍在使用除臭剂处理5 d后,NH3浓度达到最低值,为5.22 mg/kg,去除率为52.65%,处理2 d后H2S浓度达到最低值,为0 mg/kg,去除率为100%,均比对照组极显著降低(P<0.01)。试验结果说明舍内喷洒生物除臭剂对水泡粪和干清粪工艺猪舍内的NH3、H2S浓度均有明显去除效果。

摘 要:
The purpose of the experiment was to study the application effect of atomized spraying bio-logical deodorant in pig houses in different manure cleaning processes.Relevant tests were carried out in a blister dung fattening farm in Jurong City,and in a dry collection fattening farm in Changxing County.The same biological deodorant product was used in 2 trials,each lasting for a total of 10 days.The deodorant was applied on the 5th day,the 2nd-4th day was selected as the control group and the 5th-9th day as the experimental group.The test group was manually sprayed 6L deodorant in the pig house twice a day,and the concentration of ammonia(NH3)and hydrogen sulfide(H2S)in the house was continuously monitored during the test.The results showed that after being treated with deodorant for 3 days,the concentrations of NH3 and H2S in the blister dung house reached the bottom,which were 2.24 mg/kg and 0.11 mg/kg,respectively.The removal rates were 73.08%and 72.50%,respectively,significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).In the dry collection house,the NH3 concentration decreased to the lowest of 5.22 mg/kg after 5 days of treatment,with a removal rate of 52.65%.Additionally,the H2S concentration reached its lowest of 0 mg/kg after 2 days of treatment,resulting in a removal rate of 100%,significantly lower compared to control group(P<0.01).These findings showed that spraying biological deodorant in the house effectively reduces NH3 and H2S concentrations in the blister dung house and dry collection house.
