改性硅藻土用于改善剩余污泥上清液水质

摘  要:
将氯化铁、硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝3种传统无机絮凝剂按质量比1∶5∶5混合,配制成55 mg/mL的湿剂,对硅藻土进行改性后对污水厂剩余活性污泥进行处理。结果表明:投加改性硅藻土可以有效改善污泥上清液水质,污泥上清液TP去除率最高达91.7%,浊度去除率最高达到95.6%。从技术和经济角度考虑,改性硅藻土的最佳投配量为每升污泥投加硅藻土0.8 g,混合药剂0.33 g。

摘  要:
In biological phosphorus removal process,the key of phosphorus removal is to remove phosphorus in supurnatant during sludge dewatering.Diatomaceous earth(DE) was modified with inorganic coagulants and used for waste sludge adjustment.Ferric chloride,aluminium sulfate and aluminium polychlorid were mixed on the base of mass fraction of 1∶5∶5,named mixed chemical(MC) herein,and solved in water,getting 55 mg/mL of MC concentration.Modified diatomaceous earth (MDE) was made up with MC and DE under certain proportions.The results showed that MDE could improve sludge supernatant quality obviously,getting maxmium 95.6% of supernatant total phosphorus removal and maxmium 91.7% of turbidity removal.From technical and economical viewpoints,the best dosage of modified diatomaceous earth is 0.8 g diatomaceous earth and 0.33 g mixed coagulant per liter waste sludge.
